14-day refund policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing the support address with the email used at checkout. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Please contact us first if you believe a charge is incorrect.
Delivery & cancellation
Steady is a digital product. Access instructions are provided after successful payment. The purchase is a one-time charge, not a subscription, so there is no recurring plan to cancel.
Privacy
Tracker entries are stored in your browser on your device. Shopcompasscalm does not receive those entries. Support emails are used to answer your request, and Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Clearing browser data may erase entries.
Terms of use
Steady is for adults and provides a personal, non-transferable right to use the digital tracker. You agree to use it lawfully and not resell, copy, or misrepresent the product. Service availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
